What a fabulous launch last night at Unity Books in Wellington – a full house and so lovely to catch up with so many friends. Jenny Pattrick did a wonderful job launching the book, as did Harriet Allan, from Penguin Random House. I feel very lucky and now hope Heloise sails off happily into the world. My latest novel, Heloise, will be launched in Wellington at Unity Books on the 15th May at 6pm, and another launch will be held at the Paraparaumu Library on May 31st at 7pm. You are all most welcome to come along and join the celebration.
I will also be appearing at the Auckland Writer’s Festival in May:
On Thursday 18th May I’ll be talking to schools about ‘Singing Home the Whale’ at 10.50am
and on Friday 19th May at 1pm I’ll be speaking about Heloise in a free public session in the Upper NZI Theatre at the Aotea Centre.
